Please use spell check. Mistakes happen to the best of us, but try to use correct grammar and spelling in your contributions.

 

Please be polite when correcting other people's mistakes. Please use the "discussion" tab to inform the author of a mistake or required change. Either let them know in advance or leave a description in the discussion page as to why it was changed/edited/removed.

 

Do not give out personal information that you do not "own". Please refrain from giving out any personal information on yourself or others without their verifyable permission. While some amount of personal contact information is legally "directory information", play it safe and ask. Furthermore, be aware of the possible problems of having your phone number, email address, etc. posted on a public site!

 

Use the Events category to link to calendars that are regularly updated, and to advertise events that happen at the same time each year.  Do not include the date of the current year's event, but a link to the sponsoring organization.
